Here at Booma we will challenge your perceptions by pairing great beers of the world with the delicate and delightful spice flavours of India. Some of the world’s finest beers have notes of coriander, cardamom, ginger or star anise and we will pair these beautiful brews with aromatic Indian dishes.
Our chefs know a thing or two about Indian cooking, having honed their skills at some of the best establishments in London. We will be offering the famed dishes of Northern India, giving them our twist, and using charcoal tandoori ovens to create unique flavours that can only be achieved using sophisticated cooking techniques.
By bringing together the wonders of Indian food and the delights of great craft beer we hope to create a new and thought-provoking food experience.
